Service and Support
IntelliDOT is committed to providing comprehensive service and support to all of our customers. To that end, we have developed two support levels that respond to the unique needs of different healthcare providers. These two support levels, Standard and Enhanced, are outlined below.
Standard Support includes the following:
- 24/7/365 technical support by phone
- 24 hour response for on-site service for issues not resolvable by phone/remote access
- Software updates as available
- Battery changes annually for CAREt Handheld devices
- Handheld devices are covered under the one-year warranty specified in the contract
- Warranty does not include "abuse" of equipment
Enhanced Support includes the items outlined above plus the following:
- 8-hour response for on-site service for issues not resolvable by phone/remote access
- Extension of one-year warranty on CAREt Handheld devices for an additional 2 years
- Warranty expanded to include 10% coverage for "abuse" of the equipment (10% of CAREt Handheld devices can be replaced per year for typically non-covered negligence)
- Up to six (6) additional on-site training sessions per year for hospital staff
Designed by nurses for nurses.
Introducing
"Smart Hardware"
- More than software — Hardware and software are tightly integrated into a custom nursing workflow tool
- Less to support — Why live with off-the-shelf hardware and multiple operating systems?
- The smart alternative — Fewer support problems, and a form factor and workflow that nurse users will thank you for
